Malachi and Lyndsay's Fall wedding in Houghton Lake, Michigan was absolutely beautiful. They are such an amazing couple and it was such an honor to be a part of their special day. Malachi and I were roommates for a year at our university and we were able to build a wonderful friendship with a ton of amazing memories so this was a very special wedding for me. I will never forget the late nights writing papers or the first time Malachi and I really connected; when he offered me French-pressed coffee somewhere around 10pm. It was so special to make even more memories capturing his and Lyndsay's wedding day. These two are entirely perfect for each other and it is so beautiful to see them step into this new season of life together.
Their wedding day was so amazing. The day started off a bit chilly, but the sun came out and things warmed up to make for perfect fall wedding weather. Everything just seemed to come into place so beautifully that no one had to over-stress and everyone smiled, laughed, and had a great time. The venue, Oak Beach Resort, was a quaint and cozy spot for this occasion. With a beautiful lake view, dock, and other scenery, it was a great choice for a small, fall wedding. I personally had such an amazing time capturing the whole day while also having the chance to catch up with mutual friends and make new ones. This day was so full of amazing connections with amazing people and I am so glad I could help Malachi and Lyndsay remember it that way forever.
